Questions and Answers

Before you start your cycling holiday, you might have some questions. Here's some information that may help.

1. How long have you been in the business of cycling tours?

We have been organising road and mountain biking tours since 1999, as well as weekly training, single trail camps, mountain biking technique courses and easy riding with trekking bikes. Not only this, we have a leading bike centre in Gran Canaria.

2. What type of cyclists use your services?

We attract all types of cyclists of all levels. Most riders are experienced cyclists and we cater for every level of experienced cyclist. We do, however, have a few novice cyclists who are looking to experience their first cycling tour and we have professional staff who take care of you.

Our Easy Riding excursions are ideal for you to while away the hours on lazy, quiet roads with our comfortable and modern trekking bikes. Our Ladies Only tours are also very popular for beginners and hobby cyclists (women only).

3. Can I customise the number of days I participate?

Of course. You can do as little or as much as you like, it's entirely up to you! We can put together a tailor-made cycling holiday just for you.

4. What is included in the price advertised on the website?

The prices advertised on the Excursions/Activities page of the Cycling Included website are for the excursions only. We can also provide flights, transfers, and accommodation. We take care of the logistics, the planning and the organization from start to finish.

5. Can I bring my own bike?

Some of our clients prefer to bring their own bike. Make sure you check with the airline when you make your booking - some have special regulations for oversized luggage like bikes, golf clubs, surf boards, etc. Check with the airline in advance and tell them that you will be taking a bike.

6. Are there activities for partners who do not ride?

Of course. Gran Canaria is ideal for the active and also for those who are looking for the opportunity to relax and unwind. If partners, friends or family don't want to join in on the rides, then there are plenty of other activities that they can take part in - just have a look at the other Fun Activities on our Adventure Included site where you'll also find Easy Going and Cultural activities. They can always relax by the pool at our charming holiday accommodation.
